About  Me

I specialize in Utah County residential real estate and have helped many first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, and investors.  I have extensive knowledge and experience working with banks on short sales and REO homes.  Having sold over three dozen condos, I understand and have demonstrated my expertise in the multi-family market.  I am also a co-owner of a land development company and have worked with numerous builder/developers in land acquisition, subdivision, and development.  Having lived within Utah County for three decades, I can provide out of state buyers the information they need to relocate to this great valley.  Also being dually licensed in both real estate and loan origination, I can provide my clients a unique set of knowledge and experience to help both buyers and sellers understand and navigate the rapidly changing lending environment by helping my buyers interview and find the best lender with the most competitive fees and help my sellers accept offers from well qualified buyers.

 I am a lifelong resident of Utah County. I grew up in Elk Ridge and attended Payson High School.  I somehow convinced my high school sweetheart to marry me after a 2 year mission for my church in Jacksonville FL.  Heather was my “sugar mama” while I finished my Bachelors degree from Utah Valley University in Business Management – Finance and Banking.  During that last year at UVU, I decided to take some real estate courses to fulfill some needed elective credit.  After enjoying the two courses that satisfied the state education requirement, I decided I’d go ahead and take the Utah state test.  I passed with nearly a perfect score and graduated from UVU a couple months later.  I’ve enjoyed building a referral based business founded on incredible service and professionalism.  Having been blessed with great clients to with and those they refer to me, I’ve continued to increase my business year after.  I look forward to meeting new people and new challenges each year.

  When I’m not working in real estate, I enjoy spending the majority of my time with my wife, three children and family/friends.  You might also catch me playing basketball, disc golf (yes, it’s an actual sport), golf, tennis, playing guitar, snowboarding, and enjoying the great outdoors.  I also enjoy serving as a local Scoutmaster for the 11 year boys scout troop in our area and taking them camping regularly.
